About
Little Bear was created for modern parents navigating an impossible choice: being present with their young children or being productive at work. Traditional coworking spaces assume children don’t exist. Traditional childcare assumes full separation. For families returning to work after parental leave—especially in a world where remote and hybrid work are now permanent—neither model truly works. Little Bear was born from that gap.

We are a new kind of space built specifically for parents of young children: a parent-present, staff-supported co-working environment that allows you to work with focus while staying physically close to your child. Here, parents remain on site at all times, while trained staff provide calm supervision, structure, and support. The result is something entirely new—more intentional than coworking, more flexible than daycare, and deeply grounded in the realities of early parenthood. Little Bear exists to make the return-to-work season gentler, more humane, and far more sustainable—for families and for the lives they’re building.

What We Do

Parent-Present by Design

Calm, Staff-Supported Supervision
Little Bear is built around proximity. Parents remain on site at all times, allowing you to work productively while staying physically close to your child—available for feeding, comfort, and connection whenever needed.

A Workspace That Understands Parenthood
From direct-view desks to quiet focus areas, Little Bear is designed for the realities of work during early parenthood. Whether you want constant visual connection or deeper concentration, the space gives you choice—not compromise.
Our trained staff provide gentle, professional supervision within the shared child space, creating structure, safety, and consistency—so parents can focus, knowing their children are supported in a calm, intentional environment.

A New Category Balancing Work and Care
Little Bear lives in the space between coworking and daycare. It offers more structure and support than traditional coworking, with far more flexibility and presence than full-separation care—creating a new category built for modern working families.
Co-Working. Co-Caring.
